The Project implementation document contains detailed information about the Project's objectives and strategies for demonstrating DHP technology and increasing market adoption across the region. Process Flow
Comprehensive project evaluation is a key component to understanding the energy savings potential of ductless heat pumps and the viability of future market initiatives. For this reason, it is crucial to have a clear and simple mechanism for processing installation data and communicating this information with utility partners. The process flow below illustrates how homeowner and system information will be captured, processed by the project, and exchanged with the utility.
Oriented Contractor List
Contractors must attend a project orientation to install ductless heat pumps under the program. Below is a list of companies that have had at least one contractor go through the orientation. Please note that some contractor companies on the list have not yet been trained for the product they will be installing.
Cost of Heat Interactive Tool
This spreadsheet allows you to enter your electricity cost per unit to determine the efficiency of electric resistance relative to that of ductless heat pumps and other heating systems.
